    2-3 hours in a gym dancing every day will get the weight off pretty fast. She never was fat, just extra weight from shooting out two babies.

    you forgot diet a good diet is a must for lossing weight , because if she keep eating ribs and potato and keep going to gym she aint going to lose weight
