I have a request: In the movie "Kicking and Screaming", not the Will Farrell one but the one released in 1995, Perrey Reeves (Mrs. Ari from Entourage) appears topless in a scene. Was 466 pixels wide, now 233 pixels wide. Not my gif but I took the liberty of adding contrast & sharpening, plus a quickie transition. Hope this is what you had in mind.

I wish my Ulead Gif Animator worked but it crashes as you can see here. :-( http://forum.phun.org/showpost.php?p=1046253&postcount=12
I tried reinstalling it, but that didn't help either. In the meantime i use this online tool to resize my gifs, it only takes up to 4MB. It works most of the time... it couldnt handle Salma's tits though http://www.smileygenerator.us/t/gifresize/index.php

 

Here's a few things to try...

1. It's usually best to completely uninstall before reinstalling.
2. Might try re-downloading the install program in case yours is corrupt. Or you could try installing your version on another computer to verify its integrity.
3. Your error message says Ulead Gif Animator is incompatible with sonicmpgvout. Search for that file and verify that it is uncorrupted. Back it up and write over from another computer. It is a Microsoft video file.
4. Finally, you may not want to load videos directly anyway. Moving or renaming the Ulead Gif Animator VIO folder will probably solve your problem but not allow you to load videos into Gif Animator. Also you could move/rename each file in the VIO folder and just eliminate the culprit file(s). Then you could load some videos and not others.
