Didn't see this coming from Emma, niceeee I gotta say though; I have my doubts that this was an accidental leak. As a guy who has enjoyed many hot photoshoots, even with the ones with implied nudity the females usually have some sort of stickers or pasties to make sure there aren't any slips. Yet, judging by this shoot and the BTS video it appears that Emma Roberts of all people, who has openly been prudish about ever doing any nudity, was just casually lounging around on-set topless. It just makes me think it was possible that this was intentional on her part. Just saying, you can't discount that possibility

Considering that Emma has never done any kind of nudity so far, not even see-through, I very much doubt she would be ok with going topless all of a sudden for Cosmopolitan. The reason she was topless on set was probably because she was assured beforehand that nothing would be seen in the actual shoot.
I think someone working for that mag screwed up and posted the wrong video by mistake, luckily for us. They took down the original vid as soon as they noticed it.

I doubt the video taker gets in trouble since catching a glimpse of her nipples was likely to happen no matter how careful they were
