    The archive is 100% fine.

    Do this:
    1. Make sure your downloaded file size is 35,853,260. If not, re-download the file. Your download did not complete.
    2. Make sure your CAPS LOCK is off. Enter the password again.
    3. Do not change the filename as downloaded. This will change the internal CRC check in WinRAR and cause a corrupt file message.

    I checked (downloaded) and the file is correct as is sits! This "error" was on your end.
