    I'm not a fan of nipple piercings, but in her case, I'll allow it ;).

    It's my understanding that in many breast reductions (especially going from huge to "reasonable"), the nipples are surgically repositioned (hence the raised edges of her areolae seen in many braless-w/tight-top photos, post-op), and a common result is reduced nerve sensation. If so, a piercing could enhance her erotic pleasure, so I say more power to her. (this just based on my limited knowledge of reductions and aftereffects, as well as reasons for piercings :dunno:)

    Of course, I can always consider that she is effectively saying "I like to fuck so much that I will painfully install metal hardware to make it even more intense." :drool:

    And despite scars and bolts, hopefully she won't become known as "Frankenboobs". :rolleyes:
