    I've always loved my pretty pink Schwinn 12 speed mountain bike. Will tell you that after all these years, the first time you get back on you will remember how to ride it, but your ass will hurt so much from the seat that you will end up riding standing not sitting, even if it the seat is padded and you will wonder how you used to ride 8+ hours nonstop everyday in summers with no problems. :lol:

    If you're looking for exercise with some comfort, get a mountain bike or hybrid bike. The seats are wider and more comfortable. They may not go as fast as the road bikes but as you get older, comfort is more important than speed. Read reviews online for bikes that talk about how comfortable they are to ride.
