    She's wearing that AND a standard facemask. That's way beyond overkill even for LA. She must either be high risk (less likely) or be in frequent contact with someone high risk.

    She does have an autoimmune disease (celiac) but I wouldn't think she'd be on drugs that decrease immune response, since the the treatment is a gluten-free diet.

    The point of the face shield is because technically, the virus can enter your body through the mucous membranes of your eyes. Goggles work too
