    She was working the haute couture scene when she was younger. They tend to be ok with, even favor, walking clothing hangers. High-end fashion houses and their shows aren't doing so incredibly hot right now and may not rebound for some time. Almost certainly she decided that if it was to be nothing but Instagram influencing and "ready-to-wear"/lingerie/swimwear work, she could use a little more up top.

    I'm thinking it's much longer ago than that. I think it was at least 2 or 3 months ago that I saw pics of Kendall and thought, "Geesh, Kendall's looking busty today". But you know how the people on this board get when you suggest a girl has gotten a boob job. I'm just glad she didn't go over the top like the rest of her family has with the enhancements (although I really would like to see Kylie's bolt-ons in the open)
