    Left is better. I know a girl who weight lifts at an amateur level and becomes somewhat muscley with big biceps and heavy thighs, etc. She complains that she can't seem to attract a guy and I don't say it but want to tell her that the layer of thin fat most young women have is a key aspect to their attractiveness. As are toned but supple limbs. Most men don't feel an attraction to women with muscles reminiscent of males or bodies burnt down to thin skin directly over muscle. No offense to women who lift but it's the truth.

    A bit extreme. She's just a bit toned. Nicely toned, I thought, although she does seem to have lost some boob weight. It's not like she went full Arnold Schwarzenegger

    Oooph. Wow. My 2 cents: not a good progress and result. I mean she did look healthy and arguably toned before, imho.

    But regardless, she probably set some goals and simply tried to achieve them, so good for her I guess.

    Pfft YOUR opinion is in no way the "truth" I've dated women of all shapes and sizes and physical fitnesses I've never heard that, my friend was a trainer for 10 yrs and never once heard that complaint from any of his female clients, I get the feeling your "friend" you're writing about is just your own insecurities coming to light, work on that. Before you share your "truth" a ACTUAL woman and she beats seven shades of shit out of your no doubt flawless body lol
