    Personally, I think this shoot is BEFORE she went to France, and is from Chicago with Viktor Skrebneski when Cindy was fresh off the farm in DeKalb. Notice the long hair and catalog style setting.

    apparently Barry Elz website. I'm finding a bit bigger but nothing I'd call HQ.

    I'd be really interested in some 6megapixel or higher versions.

    well these here you posted are only 500 x 625. the ones on his site are ~ 1500x 2000.

    what info? you already know the photog, just google it and his site will come up. the shoots are there.
