    I know this isn't exactly new but I really haven't seen it around near as much as it deserves. It's really awesome IMHO.

    I'm apparently too daft to figure out how to take a screenshot so here is the info on it.

    I was in the same boat till a couple of day's ago ;) Screencaps aren't that difficult trust me....

    Use Imagegrabber II can be downloaded from http://rapidshare.com/files/31156554/IG.zip

    1/ Start program.

    2/ Select file.

    3/ Select open file.

    4/ Browse to find your file then highlight & open, your file should start playing.

    5/ Press the screencap button (look's like a little monitor) and select nr. of screencaps you require, press ok & wait for program to do it's magic ......

    6/ Then either "save file" for the cover sheet showing all caps or "save multiple" to get all individual screencaps.

    A more detailed tutorial guide with pic's by TheRiver on making, hosting and posting screencaps with vids can be found here.
