    It should be mandatory for female celebs to wear shirts like this at all times , of course those who have them at waist to knee level would be excused unless they are wrapped around the neck like a scarf.

    If you're gonna wear a see-through shirt like that and intentionally pull your jacket open like that to display your tits, why bother to wear the see-through in the first place?
