    I'm guessing the skinnier shots are digitally altered as her belly button is sticking out. She likely filmed the whole thing while she was very pregnant but they digitally shrunk her belly in some scenes. Here's another shot with her pregnant belly:

    That was my initial guess, but then I noticed the popped belly button. That usually happens later in pregnancy, that's why I guessed that.
