    Used to have the same problem & frustrations.

    If your a RS premium member and use a good download manager (I use IDM), then you can pretty much DL each vid or the the whole lot in a couple of click's.

    When you click on a link from one site to another, there is a referrer header which shows from where you clicked on the link. By coding the links, people have to copy and paste them and there is no referrer. That way, "theoretically", if someone wanted to know where the downloader came from to get the content, there wouldn't be a track back.

    Some download managers still keep the referrer though.
