I don't know... she files for divorce and a little over a year later he's engaged? Sounds like she may have filed, but he may have strayed.

 

She was seen on the beach with a new man almost immediately. Sounds more to me like she's the one who wanted to get divorced not him, hence why he's in a rush to remarry to the most beautiful woman he could find

 

He's a film producer, doubt he's absurdly rich by Hollywood standards. I expect he's just a charming man to attract beautiful women like Jordana & Alexandra, they've both had successful careers of their own.

 

He's an executive producer, that means he's the one bankrolling a lot of these films. He's certainly richer than his former and his future wives

Could be. Experience has told me that men who get divorced by their ex-wife's choice after 14 years (and have a kid from a prior marriage) seldom want to quickly get re-married. But I guess if the new woman is Alex, then all rules go out the window!
