    I think there's a fuck-ton of people that would disagree with you. I'm with you, in that I don't personally look at her as a sex symbol, but to broadly say that Beyonce is not a sex symbol is naive.

    Ever since I was young I never got Marilyn's appeal. I recognize that she was a sex symbol, but she just didn't do it for me. Of that same era, who I was more infatuated with was Audrey Hepburn, whom I still hold to this day as one of the greatest beauties of all-time.

    Always been a fan of Brooke, but I think it's faulty to conclude that "removal of clothes" is a qualification for being a sex symbol. Many of the yesteryear bombshells never took their clothes off.

I think it's a product of how we end up perceiving someone. Also, I think most, if not all, sex symbols were fashion icons by extension.

    If we are to play the game correctly, we have to choose one that's on the OP's list. Of that list, my choice is Scarlett.

    As I've said in another post, were I to make a list, it would look completely different. Scarlett probably would make the list, but she wouldn't be my top choice.
