    I'm sure this is all coordinated with the shows producers. The more they turn the show into a circus the more eyeballs they get.

    On a massive network hit show with a massive budget like AI, every millisecond that airs is scripted and/or controlled; nothing in the production and taping of any major entertainment program is left to chance, despite any labels such as 'competition' or 'reality.' (possible exceptions are truly live broadcasts)

    (my cynical view of the television industry :dunno:)
