Thats a lot of speculation. She seems to have a pretty good team behind her. Shes the number one selling australian female artist of all time, was labeled as the most powerful celebrity in Britain and sold 80 million records worldwide. Certainly nothing to sneeze at. However, Madonna is the best selling female artist of all time with over 300 million records sold. She holds the record for most number 1 singles by a female artist in Canada, Itlay, Spain, the UK and Kylies home of Australia. Shes shares a spot at #3 in the U.S. with the Supremes and is edged out by only Rihanna and Mariah Carey. She is also the top selling solo touring artist of all time male or female with over 1.5 billion in revenue.

Thats a whole lot of work for an agent, in my opinion. Not taking anything away from Kylie but Im not sure about your statement of an agent making her as big as Madonna.

 

Still, Kylie sings at lot better than Madonna !
Madonna has been innovative for a lot of years.
No one can take it away from Her.

 

This. Plus Madonna reinvented herself multiple times. Kylie only really had locomotion and the can't get you our of my head eras.

That being said, Kylie at 54 still is a snack and Madonna due to bad plastic surgery, at nearly 64, looks like a lab experiment gone wrong. So Kylie wins in the big picture.

Not comparable to Madonna who sold nearly 4 times that which is my point. Madonna is the bigger star.

 

Madonna is 64. Im not into gilfs and senior women. Not a knock, but definitely not my thing, So, for me, what she looks like now is irrelevant. With or without the plastic surgery I almost certainly pass. That being said, an 8 year old watching Madonna peform Like a Virgin at the VMA awards had something awaken inside of me. Girls went from having cooties to the most desirable thing in existence. As far as my recollection, she single handedly established my sexual preference. Madonna wins in my big picture.

Thats my point. Kylie is not lacking in her team. She is a household name in many areas of the world. 80 million records sold. Nothing negative at all with regard to her career and status.

Still, you are trying to compare her to Madonna and unfortunately there are very, very few people throughout history that can compare with the impact that her career has made. Youre a fan of Kylie and made a grossly unfair comparison by bringing Madonna into it.

Kylie had hits in the U.S. as was pointed out above and you acknowledged. She got name recognition and an opportunity and came nowhere near Madonna and couldnt find mainstream success here. As I said, Kylie is the best selling Australian female artist and still Madonna holds the record for most number 1 hits there. She didnt even outshine Madonna in her own country. Theres just no way to spin your theory that makes it anything more than huge speculation and wishful thinking.
