They were indeed taken by Russell James in 2009. The name of the agency that have the rights to those photos is Icon International and they were taken by Russell James. Unfortunately that agency shut down in 2011, their website is still available on the wayback machine and has a few photos from 2006 but nothing for 2009. Also you can't use the wayback machine to log into it.

Unless, the images of that agency have been sold and shared to some other agencies that still survive. the only person who had the chance to take those pictures in 2011 prior to its shutdown has them now, and I don't think we'll see them anytime soon.

 

that's probably why a couple of guys got jail time for trading these sets back when the major fapp happened? though iirc, they were convicted of the actual hacking of the cloud?

 

Practically none, those few arrested were then released or in any case suffered lesser penalties because their PCs had been hacked and were used as attack vectors. Those who do this kind of attacks usually know how to protect themselves. The trader or the leaker is even more difficult to catch given the many systems there are today to remain truly anonymous.
I know there is a lot of stolen content out there, some we will see sooner or later others probably never, but they exist. Today it is more difficult to steal content but still possible.

I'm not particularly a fan of Selena Gomes but I will say that every time I see a new addiction from the 'unlilely/unexpected' group it reignites my far fetched hope for content from Emma stone or Anna kendrick (or to me claaed as the holy grails)

Define "recent", cause all Kristen's pics and videos are from 2015-2017, so they are 5-7 years old now.

 

The pictures and videos that were taken while she was filming Underwater (in Summer of 2017) started releasing early in 2020, less than 3 years after they were taken. The most recent picture I seem to have from her was from March of 2018.

 

Underwater was filmed in spring of 2017 and and the first pics from the leak have appeared at the end of august 2017, so yeah, some of the stuff was extremely fresh back then.
But tbh i don't remember any of the leaked pics being from 2018. Tho my best reference point is her haircut and since the hair is not visible in some of the pics i might be be wrong.
