    Going by the vid taken by the bystander in the bushes, she seems to frolic away on the beach and he walks around her filming. So maybe the quality issue is the majority of the pixs we see are stills from the vids.

    Why? Don't you remember, Britney had her nipples digitally removed for her Toxic video. Now she uses velcro stick-ons. The reason she never shows them off is, she can't remember which one goes up and which one goes down. You can see it in her eyes. The stress of keeping her left nipple separate from her right nipple makes her crazy.
