    1. Superior genes
    2. Work hard
    3 Be rich (Having the funds and access to the latest and greatest treatments, the free time to work out lot, and the funds for good foodstuffs)

    you're 100% correct.

    having the wealth to afford a trainer and time to do everything you said is an essential element here.

    typically, the females that reach this level become wealthy naturally due to their natural Supriority (beauty/intelligent/charisma/bravery etc). so swings and roundabaouts.
