    Billy, You're point is well taken.

    She is a pseudo celeb based on her porn 'career' and her appearance on the VH1 reality series 'Celebrity Rehab'.

    That aside, I'm inclined to view her as celeb (to be sure - a very minor celeb!) due to her 2003 run for Governor of California. She received tons of press coverage and was the butt of jokes on the evening talk shows on almost a daily basis.
