    You clearly are angry and also apparently in denial.

    Hate to break this to you but it's not speculation and it's very easy to tell whether a woman's got implants or not. In this case, aside from the visual evidence of the shape of her breasts, Nina increased several cup sizes without a significant increase in weight or without being pregnant. That just never happens naturally. If it did, all the plastic surgeons would be out of business
