    All four of these girls had perfectly lovely breasts beforehand! On the basis of this shot, Nella's are now a joke! Susana's may well be the same, but I need to see more to make up my mind! Zafira's need a very sharp eye to notice the difference, which is very smart of her, and Zoe's look as though she might have got away with it, too! But they'll all probably regret it in the end!

    I'm at a complete loss to understand it. Nella had the most beautiful breasts and now they look - well false of course. I can understand why some women like their breasts augmented - if they are particularly small - but here we are seeing beautiful breasts ruined by this desire to have perfectly-formed spheres which normally look silly. There are some exceptions - but very few.

    Well zafira looks wonderful, because it still keeps its natural shape, but Nella looks quite fake because she was so tiny!

    As in my opinion, here in south america many men like fake boobs, don't know why. Of course, I love big naturals, but when I see some fake ones, it still makes my head turn towards them.

    I think we all agree that the natural look is better. Especially on these models. They were so hot to begin with. Why did they have to go and mess it up? The best surgeon is God. His handywork should be looked at in awe. Whenever we try to improve, it only makes it look worse. If you can't tell, I'm not into the fake look. Some girls still look nice even though they are fake, but they would look better natural.
