Looks real to me and as for the nipple placement, she is in a push up bra after all. There are plenty of see-thru pics of Gisele to see her nipples are quite nicely placed upon her wonderful bosom!!! ~

No it isn't. Go do some Googling and you'll see that someone also photoshopped another Gisele pic from this GQ set with nipples poking out too.

There was something about it on Robbscelebs from years ago but he's sadly passed on now and the website is no more.

The photos were doctored by GQ Germany, the photoshoot wasn't even for them it was for FACE and the picture didn't include nipples.

hard to say, cause that George magazine looks like an American magazine, and us Americans seem really touchy about nudity so if they want her on the cover they would censor it, i looked for an official David La Chapelle site but couldn't find this picture on it, so it looks like its a toss up, and I see there being more of a reason for an American magazine to censor the picture rather than a German GQ adding in nipples, seems like adding nipples that werent there would be a bit of a story but removing them for an American magazine wouldnt

no offense man but i can tell with one glance that the pic you posted has been shopped. try this, take this pic and zoom to like 400x look for the inconsistancies. then take the nip version and see if you find any.
