Still around and voting, sadly only 2 to 3 per day. The fuckers have disabled the refresh button so erasing cookie and refreshing page doesn't work anymore.
Been looking at second one, she's making around 200 votes a day. I guess she has been organizing some help.
You can vote about every 6 hours, so 3 a day should go. However we need to get about 100 phunners to take this seriously in order to stay ahead.

 

I've been trying to vote every 4 to 6 hours. I'm on holidays for the next while so I have some time on my hands.

I found a nice little program called AbsoluteShield Internet Eraser Lite 2.49. (2.40 MB)
It installs as shareware (pro ed.) or freeware (lite ed.), just choose free, it works a treat.

In the window choose TAB:Browser. I only mark Chech all the items below and Browser Cookies – For Internet, Firefox. In the lower right corner you'll see the blue ERASE button (this is the one you'll be using alot).

In this Lite (free) version you cannot choose whiwh cookies you want to keep and which you want to delete. Since I don't like deleting certain cookies like Phun etc.. I got a way round this problem. In XP (guess also in Vista) you can create several User Accounts. So I made a new account (Guest) where I made the voting page my home page. This way I delete all the cookies in Guest Account while leaving the cookies in my Regular Account untouched.

To work swiftly, open the voting page and reduce it to 2/3 size on the right side of the screen. Open the AbsShieldEraser window and drag it to the upper left corner of your screen so it leans nicely against the voting page.
This way I can quickly go from the Erase cookie window to the voting page.
Now start voting like hell when you got some time to spare.

1. Click ERASE button in AbsShield window.
2. Click Refresh in browser toolbar, the voting page refreshes
3. Click Refresh again
4. Fill in 4 letter pass and click VOTE NOW or just press Enter
Now you get the page: Thank you for voting

Repeat:
Click ERASE button in AbsShield window
Refresh the voting page (old number of votes will appear)
Refresh again (current number of votes will appear)

Sometimes you'll get an error page after voting. Don't worry, go back, erase and start again refreshing (x2) and voting.

I found this is the most effective way to speeding up the process of voting. Only 3 clicks (erase - refresh - refresh) and vote. Once you get the hang of it you'll arverage 3-4 votes/min.

If you install it as pro edition you'll be able to mark which cookies to erase and which not but it's only shareware and you got a trial for 15 days. That's why I installed it as freeware (Lite version) and work with it in a different XP account so I don't erase all my cookies I want to keep.

Yell if you got problems, because I hope some phunners will start using this way of voting. The other contestants also do it though not with this nice effective program.
If we could get some 10 to 15 phunners willing to do this daily for let's say 15 to 20 min we can get easily some 600 to 1000 votes per day.

Hope it works for you, it didn't for more than a week but today it worked again.
I hope alot more Phunners will use this because I can't spend 2 hours a day just to try and keep up with the competition.
