    LMAO.....It's a derogatory term (obviously ;) ) that I picked up from a (drinking) buddy of mine. In the context I heard it, it refers to a guy who's dink is so small it barely clears his zipper, let alone his fingers when he's taking a squirt, so his hand gets wet. Hence.......piss knuckles! LOL :p
