    yeah, ended up leaving Friday evening - got there about 11:00 p.m. and stayed up till 5:00 a.m. Slept for about 4 hours and went back at it for about 5 more hours. I'm still tired as hell but we had a great time. The wife hit $500 on a slot about an hour after we got there so we gambled on their money just about the whole time - ended spending just less than $100 including gas and everything.

    I was drunk all weekend to one degree or another, that tends to lower your defenses, but not so drunk that I awoke sitting in a chair with half drunk bottle of wine in my hand. I'll leave that kind of drinking to toolz, those days are over for me! :D

    When I lived in New Orleans, there were mornings I'd be so fucked up that I couldn't climb the stairs to my 3rd floor apartment, so I'd just pass out on the front stoop of the building for an hour or so. Eventually, a French Quarter cop would come around and give me a nudge. They'd be like, "Hey dude, time for bed, you gotta work tonight!" I knew most of the cops and they knew me because I bartended on Bourbon Street.
