oh no, there's lots of other entertainment there, and lots of it is free. There are so many casinos out there that they try to attract you to theirs by the attractions they offer.

Not a big fan of Metallica, I'll head to Vegas one day. Not to gamble but just to sight see, well maybe some poker.

 

Yeah. Most casinos don't really care if you try, because:
a) most people suck at it, so they still don't have an edge
b) most casinos are using a lot of decks now and;
c) many casinos are shuffling very often.

(b) and (c) dramatically reduce the benefit of counting, which is why I said in _some_ casinos there's a way to tilt the odds in your favor. But it's generally obvious that you're doing it, and the casinos will ban people who are doing it succesfully (though the vast majority of people they see counting cards are bad enough to still lose money and avoid being banned).

AFAIK card counting per se is not illegal in Nevada, though collusion and using mechanical aids are illegal.

 

Yeah, i know. I just noticed when i played some online poker yesterday. Paid 10Euro and had 16 Dollar to play with.

 

been a busy morning bama, getting caught up in paperwork.

one of my neighbors is moving south for work. I helped him out bringing 4 boxes up to the airport. too bad he's moving, he is a very cool dude. he said I was the best neighbor he's ever had, I've helped him out many times. going to wish him all the best this afternoon when he takes off.

 

are you on pokerstars CB? I don't play online for real money, scared of too many hackers that may screw with the programs. I do practice on pokerstars for play chips though, I think I'm up passed 3 million play chips. if you ever need play chips just pm me your screen name and I can search for you and give you 50,000 to start off with.

 

We use 8 decks of cards on most blackjack/pontoon tables and recently they bought it 6 deck continuous shuffling shufflers where you use a deck and it goes in and gets shuffled sort of thing.

 

How's that work?

oh yeah no doubt, I have some decent neighbors but am losing the best one. sad to see him leave but I'm happy for him as he is going to a new job and is very happy about it.

 

Haven't done shit in the last 2 hours. Was a little busy earlier but it's slacked off.

Yeah, I hate when a good neighbor leave - never know what kind of person will be next.

I'm registred at pokerstars but haven't played there for quite some time. Mostly I'm on bwin.com poker, because you can pay with paypal there. I'm only playin' for 10€ each 1-2 months so I'm not very worried about rigged games.

poor guy had cut off his phone, I just came home to grab my wallet, he hurried out and asked if I could go to our landlords place so he could remind them bastards about the walk out inspection. so after that I asked if he had any bags to bring to the airport, so we taped them up and brought them out there.
