    Actually, it's just the opposite -- a penis is a male clit.

    All fetuses start out with essentially female genitalia. For males, the Y chromosome then "takes charge"
    and transforms the pussy lips into a nut sack, and the erectile tissue developes into a penis.

    Just compare the "bumpy" skin textures and look at the "seam" running down the middle of your scrotum.
