    Pretty much anyone who has access to private pools will do it. celebrity of not. If had a private pool and didn't live somewhere near freezing most of the year id always be dipping skinny.

    The interesting part of this pic for me (aside from hopefully it's really Billie in there?!) is the layers of people capturing it.

    There's the girl in the pool behind them casually taking shots on her phone, while sipping a drink naked, and then someone else behind them capturing the lot. wtf..?
