    Billy - she's CHILDISH BECUASE SHE'S 15. SHE IS A CHILD. She stars in a show on the fucking disney channel for children, about a GIRL who lives a normal life but also as a music star in a wig or some shit. I have a niece who's 11 who likes her. That, my friend, is normal.
