    I imagine a lot of the stuff on sites like megacocks is photoshopped. Some of the sites feature obvious prosthetics and ridiculous amounts of cum which is clearly just flour mix.

    Unless the woman is unusually large (height) anything longer than 12 inches can actually mess with their insides. There was a girl in Seattle a couple years ago who died cause she stuck 14 inches of broom handle inside her and knoted her intestines... Body couldn't function properly so it shut down. Granted that IS a rare case but it can happen.
