    prosthetics - not CGI. They used prosthetics on her face and upper body and not always the same prosthetics, (it changes throughout the film)…but it’s not cgi. And the the lower body is all her.

    Demi having fake boobs though really works for the film, her character and on a meta level. Anyway its not like we can't see Margaret's real boobs elsewhere as she goes naked in nearly everything she does, she herself even joked that she's finally doing a new film that her parents can finally watch
