    She had a lot of surgeries done—which, to be clear, is completely fine. Everyone has the right to do whatever they want with their body. The issue, I think, arises when there's a lack of transparency with potential partners, especially those who are looking to start a family.

    In the same way I believe trans individuals should disclose that they are trans, I also think people who have had significant plastic surgery should be open about that with their partners. It's about honesty and giving the other person all the relevant information to make informed decisions about the relationship.
