Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    I said it before, almost every place I have ever worked has had people who got other people the job. I have gotten jobs because I know people.

    And let's be real, if you have kids/family/friends and can secure their future with a good career, you'd do it. If you wouldn't, it makes you an arsehole. "Nepobabies" are in every workplace and the result of people who care for their family and friends. This guy thinks it's a stain on their soul or something.

    by the way, we can observe this nepotism in countries that call themselves capitalist and where skills should be the most important thing ...this is not the case especially in these professions where no certificate (= studies) is required (model, actor...)

    you can always try to find out what diplomas all those nepobabies have... good luck!
