She did say what she wanted. And paid the consequences!

 

Absolutely. And it's not her political views that killed her movie career, it's her comments about movies she's in that did it. I mean, Snow White would be a huge box office bomb no matter what, but it was her comments about it that caused quite a few people who might go watch it during opening weekend to skip the movie. And it wasn't the first time she did that, she did the similar thing with Shazam.

That said, seeing how Hollywood marketing department sabotaged Masters of Universe and is pretty much responsible for it bombing due to idiotic comments by director and lead actress, I'm no longer certain that idiotic points about Snow White were even her opinions and ideas.

 

It'll only take one success or one director or showrunner to make it so that it's all water under the bridge, money and success tends to mean more to the creative industry than any sort of controversies (unless it's something criminal, and even then, it depends on the crime).

Apart from all of that though, once again I say she is a prime candidate to go nude onscreen, she is obviously very comfortable with showing off her body with more than one post like this on her socials. Someone get her on a Taylor Sheridan show lol.

 

She’s doing just fine. Her Evita revival in London was so successful that it’s coming back to Broadway. She doesn’t need major Hollywood blockbusters, she’s a musical actress so I’d say she has a hell of a great career already with a lot of good things to come.

Also, she literally has at least four movies coming out in the near future, so she is thriving, successful, and happy, so the naysayers do not matter.

 

Political views are weird. People voted back in the dude who allowed iran to build nukes.

 

Except problem for her were not her political views (how could they be when most of Hollywood agrees with those views)... it was red carpet comments about movies she stars in that caused her problems due to those comments killing any interest people have in going to see those movies.

Exactly. And the fact that in the same post as these pics she posted a chapter from a book that’s titled “Fuckable.” If that ain’t an invite to shoot your shot I don’t know what is. I love this girl!

Right or wrong it was the smug way she said it. Especially the bit about how her costar could be cut from the film and it wouldn't matter. Also thrashing something there's an audience out there for is not the smartest move.
