  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Is there a free image hoster that shows a gallery view and keeps the image MB size? It seems like everyone uses ImageTwist, but I see it doesn't have a gallery view or easy download, so I avoid it.

    I know that's an option, but I'm not doing that when people post multiple pictures. There should be a one-click download option, or people should post a zip/rar of the images in the post.

    imgcredit: I registered new and received the activation mail in seconds, as usual the mail was in my spam folder.

    imgbb: I uploaded a bunch of pics to imgbb, registered and unregistered, works like a charme.

    You didn't find it because there isn't an option to choose a specific thumb size.

    Imagevenue,Imagebam and imgbox are back for uploads, somehow.
    Old uploaded pics are still dead.

    All 3 hosts are far, far away from working properly.

    Imagebam & Imagevenue:

    I tried it registered and unregistered, batch uploading isn't working, only single pics.

    Looks like it's working.


    I highly recommend not to use that hosts at the moment, they look very unstable for me, and we don't need another crash with hundreds of broken images.

    Those hosts are not on our approved list anymore, so don't use them, or your posts / threads will get trashed.

    If Admins / Mods see a positive development we will consider to allow them again.

    Thanks for the reply, but I’m still having no luck with these hosts.
    The upload error persists.
    Also, it won’t let me upload files unless I’m registered.
    I have the anti-spam feature completely disabled, so there are no "spam" folders on my end.
    And I still haven’t received the activation email...
