  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Hi everyone. I apologize if this is the wrong place for it. But assuming I do not want to pay the fees for a yearly subscription to WinZip, what is the best way to download and open rar files?

    Appreciate any advice

    For unzipping files, I've been using 7-zip for forever, which is completely free to download, but many are afraid of because it was developed in Russia. Nothing bad has happened to me from it though.

    Downloading the zip files in general is different. If you want a lot of them, you will probably want an account with Keep2Share, Rapidgator, etc mainly because for a free user they slow the speeds down to a painful level and I think there is a limit on the amount you can try for in a 24 hour period.
