    You have to admire a woman who has maintained her own sense of style for so long. I can imagine how many times she's been approached about a makeover. Kudos to Avril for being an individual and not a moldable icon. :D

    IMHO, Avril and Kristen Bell run neck and neck as the cutest female celebs walking the earth. I would guess it's a struggle for men to keep from staring when they meet either one. I mean, they're *so* atypically cute. Adorable perfection on two legs.

    She was originally marketed as a tomboy in dickies shorts and dress shirts with a tie, and presented herself as such. Next album or two, more "mature" music and overnight, she was a feminine girly girl with pink everything. Is that not a record company funded makeover? Not trying to argue or anything, but she is basically the epitome of moldable/disposable teen pop.
