    Did it ever. He stayed on my cell phone the entire way home calling his friends and telling them about it. Made my day too.

    Deer is kind of hard to cook - it's got to be processed right or it has a very strong taste to it.

    oh yeah I've never had deer before.

    I've known people that had deer and caribou before and they said caribou was 100 percent better!

    Never had caribou either. You've got to hang a deer in a cold area for a while to let all the blood drain - we always took ours to the processing plant so that they could do it in their fridge. If not, its got a strong after taste to it.

    yeah it's very good meat.

    Inuit are different, we relish the blood in the caribou meat. it tastes very good. especially in soups.

    no we are starting the 4.8 million litres now. should take around 30 to 35 hours.
