    Ramza, thanks for all the great posts.

    However on the 2_Nana_s_1st.avi vid, I'm having a hard time getting it to play. Winamp won't load the file, and Real Player and Windows Media Player both claim the files are corrupted. Is there anything special about this .avi file? They don't have problems with most .avi files.

    I'm not sure, it could be that you don't have the codecs needed to play this file, it is after all an asian movie. I always use Media Player Classic, never seems to fail on me, see if it works for you if you use Media Player Classic.

    If not then I can try to re-upload my own avi file, maybe even convert it, and then see if it works for you

    file worked just fine, go to free codecs and get klite codec pack and solved all ur codec problem
