    It's actually the hospitals and they pay for it so I aint complaining to much. Just gets aggrivating when I have to tell the people to talk louder everytime I use it.

    That's all I use mine for to Magge, I can't even tranfer pics from it because you have to buy the software from Verizon in order to get it to work. I've got a digital camera so I never seen the need in it.
