    To answer some of your question:
    1) Put your site url in your sig.
    2) Hardcore is allowed
    3) In order for it to be a sticky you will need to make your threads in a certain matter. If you want a sticky thread and know how to properly post to get the most exposure for your site on here let me know. I will help you out like i did all the other website owners on here.
