    Elsa Benitez suing over nude photos?
    An international super model has filed an anonymous suit against Egotastic.com and Splash photo agency for taking snapshots of an anonymous babe while she was sunbathing completely nude in the backyard of her Miami home.

    The suit offered clues to the model’s identity, but didn’t name names. Commenters have pin-pointed Mexican born model Elsa Benitez, who lives here and was the subject of some unflattering, unauthorized nude portraiture last month.

    She says she was protected by "a wooden fence approximately five feet tall" in her yard, but the defendants nevertheless trespassed to photograph and expose her unclothed body to the wilds of the internet.
