    It was filmed and most involved wanted it in the movie. However, Mike Nichols later stated that in order to protect his young star, he didn't include it. Of course, the truth later came out that Portman pleaded with him to not include the nudity. With which he decided to comply. She's also lamented about the fact about doing nudity in Hotel Chevalier. Comparing those types of roles to exploitation and porn.

    Of course, it's fine for her to take those roles and exploit fans into thinking she may bare skin in them. Hypocrisy at its finest.

    Mike Nichols has since stated that all the footage was destroyed. How true that is, is anyone's guess.
