    If they're done right, I prefer them to natural tits of the same size. Nothing turns me off more than woman with a fit body; and tits that look like the are half melted or deflated, as how most real breasts are. If a woman has a firm body, it would be nice to see firm tits, too...even if they are fake. I would rather take a flat chested girl over most of the more naturally endowed ones.
    Fake tits are good, so long as they are done right, IMO.:D
