    I'm of the mind that she dresses frumpy on purpose, not in an "I like this look sort of way," but more of an "I can't stand being looked at as a sex symbol" sort of way. She's probably the least feminine female in Hollywood.

    I get the impression she has a problem with being seen as a "sex symbol" and downplays it any way she possibly can. Or, she's just always going for the laugh, even if it takes away from her looks.

    I very much doubt it has anything to do with portraying a "sex symbol". I believe she just likes being noticed for the sometimes dumb and crazy things.... basically being an attention whore to sum it up.
