    Is not finished. Still has to be colored in. I know because I am going tomorrow to get the rest of my mermaid colored in tomorrow, because you can only sit for so long, a full sleeve gets really painful after about the 5th hour...... So although it looks like most of the shading is done, I assume she is going to at least get the water colored in. Chicks with one small tramp stamp? Hideous, but a big tattoo? Hot!
