    Threads like 'collections' are moved there. Often if a thread is deemed as not appropriate for a certain forum, like if it's a model forum topic with 1 or 2 pics, a post that someone has made an effort in and messed up, we often move it so it can be viewed but not replied in.

    Looking at this thread, it's 2 pics but it'll generate interest and I think it's fine to stay in the celeb forum.
